These are experimentations done in Krita (2023 and way before that). There are a lot more I will have to sort through before I upload them here.
In my opinion, Krita is an excellent app for replicating the feel of traditional drawing and painting in a digital medium. I have tried many apps over the years, but something clicked when I tried out Krita. Its brush engine is amazing.
What you’re looking at here are just stuff that came about out of my practice sessions. I have gone 10 or more years without doing any art, and when I finally came back, I found out about Krita. One thing I learned from my rest or absence from the art world is that your skill doesn’t diminish. It either stays the same or improves, but never diminishes. I can’t say the same for music or any other field, but for art this has been my experience. The mindset you acquired in art will stay with you for life. As of 2025, February, I haven’t been doing any art since 2024. Could be a few more years before I get back.
Not sure if these were in 2023, could be before that. I will have to verify later. The thing with krita is that it doesn’t preserve the actual date and sometimes I get confused.
