Over the years, I have tried many apps. From Tree to OmniOutliner and then Obsidian. In between these three, I have tried others, but things changed for me when I tried to transfer my OmniOutliner database to Obsidian. In the process of trying to figure out how my theological database in an outliner format could be transferred to a non-outliner, I was forced to adapt, and that’s when I accidentally came up with my own workflow and CSS.

Back in 2022, I was with my sister, looking after her while she was battling cancer. During that time, I shared my workflow, which you can read HERE at the Obsidian forum. I didn’t come back to continue where I left off due to the discouragement and sadness when my sister passed away. I have moved on since then and don’t think I’ll be back to finish that post I started. Maybe in the future I’ll put together an e-book on my workflow and methodology. Or when there’s a huge community out there interested in the CTD workflow.
